925 Sterling Silver Jewelry – Sterling silver is a high-quality, durable material designed to last for years. You can shower, swim in the sea, or dip into the pool while wearing your jewelry. If tarnishing occurs, there’s no need to worry—it’s a natural process that can be cleaned at home or professionally renewed at our studio, restoring your piece to its original shine.

Gold-Plated Jewelry – We use high-quality gold plating 1-3 micron, but it’s important to remember that plating may fade over time and requires careful handling. To maintain its appearance, we recommend avoiding contact with water and humidity and storing it in a dry place. Under our warranty, you can refresh the plating once for free. Any additional re-plating will be available for a nominal fee of ₪70-150, depending on the piece.

One-Year Warranty – REGGIE offers a one-year warranty on all jewelry. This warranty does not cover discoloration or gold plating wear due to improper care, breakage, scratches, or partial/total loss of the item. The warranty remains valid only if the jewelry has been properly cared for according to our guidelines.

Repairs & Service

If your jewelry sustains damage due to improper care during the warranty period, or if the warranty has expired, you may contact us to inquire about repair options. If a repair is possible, we’d be happy to assist for a small service fee.
