It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We ship worldwide using DHL Express, with fast and reliable service to any destination!

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on purchases over 1,280 NIS.
For purchases under 700 NIS, the shipping cost is 80 NIS.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: up to 21 business days from the shipment date.
In some cases, delays may occur due to local customs regulations or shipping conditions.

Shipment Tracking

The tracking number will be sent to you via email a few days after your purchase.
You can track your shipment through the DHL Express website using the tracking number provided.

Customs & Taxes

Customs duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer!
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the import regulations and taxes in their country. We are not responsible for any customs charges or taxes.

Returns & Refunds

You can return items within 7 days from the shipment date for a refund (excluding sale or limited edition items).
A 5% restocking fee and the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
Personalized items cannot be returned.
