Diamonds and Gold Policy

The diamond and gold jewelry we create from scratch are available for purchase by the general public through secure transactions on our website. We also recommend and encourage purchasing through a personal appointment at our studio in Nachalat Binyamin.

The prices on the website are not fixed and may vary according to market fluctuations, currency exchange rates, gold price increases, and the quality of the stones.

Warranty and Repairs

A 12-month warranty is provided for every piece of jewelry purchased, starting from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects found in the jewelry.
During the warranty period, you can bring the jewelry in for cleaning once.
Diamond setting reinforcement will be provided once during the warranty year.
The warranty is not valid in the following cases:

Loss/Theft
Torn/Damaged jewelry
Falling stones caused by improper or unreasonable use of the jewelry.

The warranty covers only the gold components of the jewelry and does not include coverage for gemstones and diamonds.
Exchanges are only possible if the jewelry is in stock and was purchased from the studio; exchanges will not be allowed for custom-designed items.

Jewelry Care Recommendations

Avoid exposing the jewelry to swimming pools or bleach.
Come in for diamond setting reinforcement once a year.
To restore the diamond's sparkle, you can soak it in boiling water and brush it with a toothbrush and dish soap.
